It could be, for example, whether the item is genuine, whether you have a guarantee that the item will be delivered at all, whether the seller is real, etc.
We are happy to help you with those worries, because when you are a customer with us you know with a guarantee that the above things will not be a problem that you will face. We offer a guarantee that the products we resell are authentic, as proof of this, a receipt is included with all orders.
If one day you find yourself in a situation where what you have bought on our site no longer belongs to you, or you might want to try something new, you also have the option of using the receipt you have received from us as proof of sale for the item's authenticity. This means that if you find a buyer, you simply forward the receipt from us to the buyer and then the guarantee still applies to the product.
Another advantage of choosing us is that we offer the right of return on our products purchased through the website. If you have bought something from us that was not yours anyway, you have 14 days right of return from the day the package is picked up in the parcel shop. Then you can choose for yourself whether you want something else in the store or your money back.

The way the size is indicated varies by brand. However, we always provide an indicative fit which is written next to the actual size of the garment.
It is typically written in a range such as small/small medium in and always in European size. If you normally wear small, the product will therefore fit loose compared to if you wear medium. This also applies to shoe size, pants, etc.

The products are categorized from four different stands;
As the products are second-hand, you can expect traces of use in all conditions, almost "like new"
As new;
The item is new without any signs of use, as found at a retailer.
Almost as new;
The item is minimally used, may well have traces of use, but then they are very small and not noticeable.
Good, but used;
The item is used, with minor signs of use. It can be a hole or spot etc. and can be noticed on close inspection.
Worn;
The item is used with clear signs of use, the clothing has signs of use that are easily seen and are significant.
All products are washed / ready to use, unless otherwise stated.

We only ship with GLS as they insure all our products for the full value. Therefore, when you buy from us, you are guaranteed to either receive the product you have purchased or, in the event that the package is lost, the full purchase price returned.
To date, we have not yet experienced a package being lost/misdelivered
We always send with tracking so you can follow your package when it is sent from us. The parcels are sent to an optional parcel shop near you where they can be picked up with the parcel code you have been given by us.
We deliver the packages within 1-4 days (typically 1-2), from the day on which the order is placed. Expect delivery to take between 1-4 business days depending on where you are located in Denmark.
Payment
Salebyory accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
The right of return is not granted in the event of a physical meeting, as the clothing is purchased as worn
You bear any return costs yourself.
A wish to cancel must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to salebyory@gmail.com .
In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.
*When trading for business/bulk sales, there is no right of withdrawal
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Salebyory to assess the condition of the goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Salebyory within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Salebyory covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
